How to find us.

From Exeter (and the North and East):

• Take the M5 southbound which becomes the A38 when the motorway ends.
• Continue and when the road splits take the A380 (signposted Torquay).
• Continue on the A380 for about 20 miles until you reach the traffic lights and roundabout at the Penn Inn.
• Continue straight ahead on the A380 until you reach the Kerswell Gardens roundabout.
• At the Kerswell Gardens roundabout turn right up the hill (still A380 - signposted Paignton and Brixham).
• Follow the Torbay ringroad and at the third roundabout turn left into Marldon Road (B3060 - signposted Preston Sands).
• Follow Marldon Road down until you reach the T-junction with the Torquay Road (traffic lights) and then turn left (signposted Torquay).
• Continue towards Torquay and 200 yards past the Half Moon pub turn right at the traffic lights into Manor Road.
• Strawberry Fair is about 100 yards down on the left.

From Plymouth (and the West):

• Take the A38 eastbound.
• Turn onto the A385 to Totnes.
• Continue through Totnes (still A385 - signposted Paignton).
• Continue on the A385 into Paignton which becomes the A3022 Torquay Road.
• Continue through the centre of Paignton following signs for Torquay.
• Continue on the Torquay Road and 200 yards past the Half Moon pub turn right at the traffic lights into Manor Road.
• Strawberry Fair is about 100 yards down on the left.
