Terms & Conditions of Booking

1. All accommodation is offered subject to availability at the time of receipt of deposit and at the correct tariff according to season.

2. Please note that we are a fully non-smoking establishment and that smoking is not permitted anywhere within the property.

3. Rooms are usually available from 1pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure unless agreed otherwise with the management in advance.

4. Guests are reminded that a legal contract exists when a booking has been made. In the event of cancellation or curtailment the total cost of the reservation will be payable should the accommodation not be re-let. Therefore holiday insurance is recommended.

5. Deposits will only be refunded in the event that we are, for any reason, unable to provide the booked accommodation.

6. Where a booking is secured using credit/debit card information and subsequently cancelled by the guest within 7 days of the planned arrival date a cancellation fee equal to the cost of one night's stay will be charged to the supplied credit/debit card.

7. No allowances can be made for breakfast not taken.
